There was an earthquake in Greece

A fairly strong earthquake occurred near the Greek island of Samos in the eastern Aegean Sea. Its power was 5.3 points.

According to the updated data of the seismological laboratory of the University of Athens, there were actually two earthquakes: the magnitude of the first was 4.7, and the second, which occurred 15 minutes later, was 5.3.

The center of the seismic event lay at a depth of 12 km 23 km south of Samos.

Information about the destruction and victims has not yet been received.
