The exhibition-forum "Russia" opened at VDNH

Last Saturday, the international exhibition-forum "Russia" opened in Moscow at VDNH, its visitors can get acquainted with the achievements of the regions of the country in various fields and industries.

The multimedia and immersive exposition "Feel Russia" is open at the exhibition, which introduces visitors to all the possibilities and diversity of traveling around the country. All regions of the Russian Federation are represented, united into nine macro-territories: the Greater Caucasus, the Greater Volga, the Far East, the Baltic, the North, Siberia, the Golden Ring, the Greater Urals, and the South of Russia.

In each of the zones, guests can see the main symbols of the regions, descriptions and videos about recreation and tourism opportunities. "All macroterritories have their own smells, sounds, tactile surfaces, visual effects," the organizers said.

On certain days, the regions will present their entertainment programs, tastings and master classes related to crafts, customs and traditions.

As Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said at the opening ceremony of the Feel Russia exhibition space on Saturday, one of the main tasks of the exposition is to show the possibilities of domestic tourism and the changes that have occurred in the regions recently.

The exhibition-forum "Russia" will work at VDNH from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024.
